If you are a solo coach signing up for the Solo Practice offering, you will have a free, two-week trial. Group Practice offerings come with a 30-day free trial to allow time to onboard both coaches and clients.
You will be asked for your credit card information to activate your free trial, however you will not be charged until the end of the free trial period.
There is a base credit card fee of 2.9% + .30¢ per transaction. Walden does not charge any additional fees on top of that.
Yes. We offer onboarding sessions for everyone from a solo coach through corporate practices. Please contact us using the link in our footer for more information about pricing and to schedule your session.
You will be charged for every "active" coach you have on the platform. This includes coaches who are at capacity and not taking new clients.
Group Practice subscriptions include 1 administrator seat with the base fee. Each additional active coach is $35/mo per seat.
